Norbert is a very pleasant host; he gave us a great tip for our hike and we were spoiled with good fondue, rösti, and a perfectly warmed-up hot tub! It was very lovely!

We had a wonderful time at the Buvette Cousimbert des Particuliers! Delicious cheese fondue, enjoying the view from the hot tub, great recommendations for snowshoe hikes, and lots of lovely conversations! We really enjoyed our stay on the alp. We felt right at home and had a fantastic New Year's Eve in the mountains. The food was great and the hospitality made our start to 2025 truly perfect. We warmly recommend everything and are grateful to Norbert and his team for this wonderful hut and the opportunity to spend the night and enjoy such lovely moments there :)!

Norbert welcomed us very warmly in the cozy cabin at Alp Cousimbert. The hot pot was a real highlight in the cold temperatures and falling snow. The warming and delicious dinner afterwards was a true treat. I would 100% recommend this experience because Norbert is a fantastic host who caters to every need, and the small cabin has great charm. We will definitely be back.

Our girls' winter weekend at Norbert's cabin was simply perfect! Arriving at the rustic, cozy cabin after our hike, we received a warm welcome, ate a fantastic fondue, and then enjoyed a chilled glass of wine in the hot tub with an incredible view. This is exactly how I imagine a perfect host. Norbert's cooking ensured great spirits and full bellies. Our snowshoe tours were a true winter fairy tale, and relaxing in the hot tub soothed our muscles. We would love to come back.
