There's no Wi-Fi or additional amenities here; this is your sanctuary to soak in the breathtaking views and immerse yourself in the natural surroundings. If you're arriving by public transport, a beautiful 35-minute walk from the last bus stop awaits you, offering stunning vistas even before you reach your destination. For those traveling by car, a parking space is provided. Please dress warmly and remember to bring your sleeping bag.

The toilet is located approximately 300 meters away on foot and is equipped with lighting. Please note that no shower is available from December to April; however, there is a sink in the toilet area. Please bring your own sleeping bag. There is no electricity on-site. We recommend wearing sturdy footwear, as the path is unpaved and can be slippery at times. Blankets and a camping lamp are provided (location details can be found in the check-in information).

Fresh eggs are available for purchase (payment in Swiss Francs). The nearest shops are in Kriens, approximately 2 kilometers away.

Welcome to a charming little retreat inviting you for a cozy stay at the Höllhof farm. Surrounded by stunning scenery, you are at the perfect starting point for excursions to the city of Lucerne, Mount Pilatus, various hiking areas, cycling routes, and much more.

If arriving by public transport, a scenic 30-minute walk leads you to the accommodation, offering breathtaking views along the way.

The Cozy Cow Farm Lodge features a comfortable sofa bed for up to 2 people and a small single bed. The room is also equipped with a dining table, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, coffee, coffee maker, tea, dishes, cutlery, a mini-fridge, bed linen, and towels.

You are welcome to use the terrace and BBQ area, which are shared with guests from another unit. There are 2 toilets and a shower located on the farm, just outside the lodge; these facilities are shared with all guests staying at Höllhof. Right next to the Cozy Cow Farm Lodge, you'll find the farm's friendly cows.

The toilet and shower are located outside the accommodation and are shared with other guests on the farm. Inside your rental, you will find coffee, tea, a coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, mini-fridge, cutlery, and dishes, as well as bed linen and towels. You are also welcome to use the terrace, which is shared with guests from one other unit.

You can buy fresh eggs right here on the farm. In Kriens, just 1.5 kilometers away, you'll find everything you need.

The accommodation is located at the Höllhof farm, where the resident cows will be your neighbors. You are surrounded by other guest houses and lush meadows, with breathtaking views from the farm. Hiking and cycling trails start right at your doorstep and throughout the surrounding area. While the city of Lucerne is just a stone's throw away by car, it is a longer, scenic walk if you choose to go on foot.

Cozy Cow Farm Lodge-Surrounded by Nature & Farm

You are perfectly situated right next to Stoos and the Fronalpstock. The immediate surroundings offer fantastic opportunities for hiking and cycling. Lake Lucerne and the Rigi are just a short distance away, and the location is an ideal base for activities and excursions throughout the Canton of Schwyz and Lucerne.

Pitch located directly on the Muota River, with views of the mountain landscape and a waterfall. Although situated in an industrial area, this spot is perfect for recharging your batteries. You are in an excellent location for starting hiking or cycling tours, and the Stoos mountain railways are just a 3-minute drive away. The Ried/Mühlestuden bus stop is a 4-minute walk, and the nearest motorway is about 12 minutes away. The ground is gravel. During the day, local businesses are active and cars park nearby. In the evening, it becomes quiet, and you can listen to the soothing sound of the river. A fire pit is available for use, but please ensure fire safety and do not leave any ash or litter behind. This is a basic pitch ONLY, with NO toilet, NO shower, NO waste disposal, and NO fresh water, etc. The site is NOT suitable for standalone tents.

In the village of Muotathal, you'll find everything you need, including the Schelbert bakery, Volg and Spar supermarkets, and the Muota butcher shop. For a broader selection, the Mythencenter in Ibach is a large shopping mall nearby.

You are located in an industrial area where business is conducted during the day. While cars park nearby, you'll enjoy complete peace and quiet in the evening—the perfect spot to recharge your batteries.

You'll find hiking and cycling paths right at your doorstep. Not far away, in Kriens, you'll discover a swimming pool and the gondola to Mount Pilatus, along with a variety of restaurants, bakeries, bars, and shops. The vibrant city of Lucerne is just a short journey away. In winter, several fantastic ski resorts are conveniently located nearby.

Surrounded by nature on the edge of the forest, right next to a quiet, low-traffic road and about 300 meters from the Höllhof with its fantastic view of Lake Lucerne and a majestic mountain landscape, you have the opportunity to stay overnight or spend several days. The pitch surface is gravel.
It is the perfect base for day trips to Lucerne, Mount Pilatus, the Glasi Hergiswil glassworks, and many other wonderful destinations. The nearest bus stop is a 30-minute walk away. Hiking and biking trails start right by the pitch and throughout the surrounding area. A toilet and a shower are available for your use at the Höllhof (approx. 300 meters away), shared with other guests of the Höllhof.
The pitch is also ideal if you are just passing through, as the motorway access is only a few minutes away.
The last 1.5 kilometers are along a narrow, single-lane road with passing places. The breathtaking views you enjoy along the drive make the trip well worth it.

Naturally, the pitch is also ideal if you are simply passing through, as the motorway exit is just a few minutes away.

Inside the barn, you’ll find a mini-fridge, egg cooker, kettle, coffee, cutlery, and crockery ready for your use.

The accommodation features two double beds. Please note that the sofa is designed for lounging and getting cozy, rather than for sleeping. The beds will be freshly made for your arrival, and towels are provided for you. The toilet and shower are located opposite the barn and are shared with other guests at the Höllhof. For your convenience, the unit is equipped with a kettle, egg cooker, mini-fridge, coffee, tea, dishes, cutlery, charcoal for the grill, and cushions for the terrace. You are welcome to use the terrace directly by the house and the grill, which are shared with one other unit. The barn is an open-concept space and can be closed off with a curtain only. Please be aware that as this is a farm, there are flies, mosquitoes, and other little critters around, especially on hot days. Thank you for your understanding.

If you are traveling by public transport, your adventure begins right at the final bus stop. From there, you'll enjoy a scenic 30-minute walk up to the Tiny Höllhof Adventure, treated to breathtaking views along the way.
Once you arrive at Höllhof, you can unwind and soak in the fantastic panoramic views from the rooftop terrace.
After a restful night in the comfortable double bed—perhaps gently woken by the chickens right next to the accommodation—you can start your day with a cup of coffee or tea while admiring the dreamy view.
You will have access to a parking space, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee, tea, BBQ grill, and some basic crockery & cutlery. However, please note that there is !NO WI-FI! or other modern "luxuries".
You are immersed in nature on a working farm, where you will encounter flies, spiders, wasps... and the authentic scent of country air.

You will also find coffee, tea, a small table with two chairs, and garden furniture. Essentials like toilet paper and soap are provided. The sink, toilet, and shower are located just outside, directly adjacent to the unit. A BBQ grill and charcoal are available for your use. A trash can is provided, and I will take care of the waste disposal after your departure.

In Lucerne, you'll find charming cafés, delightful restaurants, lively bars, and much more! While staying at Höllhof, you can purchase fresh eggs directly from the farm. Please note that there are no shops directly on the farm, so you'll need to arrange for your own provisions. For your convenience, a mini-fridge, barbecue, charcoal, coffee, and a kettle are all provided.

Hiking and cycling trails, several ski resorts, as well as the city of Lucerne and Mount Pilatus are all in the surrounding area.
