Everything is easily accessible by car in about 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can enjoy a hike; the nearest public transport is approximately a 60-minute walk away. In the surrounding area, you will also find local restaurants and the charming 'Chäslädeli Rust' cheese shop.

Power access

Our 'Hüehnerhüsli' (Little Chicken House) is located on the Hirschenhof farm. It offers one sleeping spot and a private outdoor seating area, perfect for relaxing and finding peace. The cabin is equipped with electricity. The kitchen, showers, and toilets are located just a 1-minute walk from the accommodation. We are situated on the Zugerberg, a popular tourist and recreation area in Walchwil.

Bedding and towels are not included but can be booked (please indicate when booking if required; 15 CHF per set).

Getting here: The Hüehnerhüsli is ideally located for hikers and bikers. There is no direct public transport; the nearest mountain railway is the Zugerberg Bahn, and the nearest train station is in the village of Walchwil. We offer a shuttle service for 15 CHF per trip.
Important: On weekends and public holidays, access via the Zugerberg road is restricted; please arrive via Walchwil.

Hirschenhof: Our farm is home to many animals, including sheep, fallow deer, chickens, pigs, dogs, and cats. You are also welcome to use the rowing boat on our pond.

The 'Hirschbeizli' is always open for self-service drinks. The showers and toilets are located right next to it (1-minute walk from the tiny house).

Campfire: You are welcome to make a fire (self-managed); a crate of firewood is available for 15 CHF.

This circular tent is located right within the enclosure on our Hirschenhof farm, set amidst our lush pastures. The tent is furnished with a large double bed for two, a table, two chairs, and includes a private veranda. Electricity is available (partial supply), and a fan can be borrowed upon request. The toilets and showers are located in the main building, approximately a 5-minute walk away (public access). Please note that the tent is not insulated, so it can become very warm or quite cold depending on the weather. A fire pit is available in front of the main house, and firewood can be purchased on-site.

The 'Sternschnüppli' is located on our charming farm, Hirschenhof. It sleeps up to 6 guests and is equipped with a kitchen, electricity, and running water. Toilets and showers are located just a 1-minute walk from the accommodation. Situated on the Zugerberg (a popular tourist area) in Walchwil, the property features an outdoor seating area and offers the perfect space to simply unwind! Bed linen and towels are not included but can be booked in advance (please request when booking if needed, 15 CHF per set).
