The pitch is set within a protected Natura 2000 area, just 200 metres from the Maria Oberleis pilgrimage church and 500 metres below the Oberleis observation tower. While the tower itself is officially open only on weekends, the site can be visited at any time, and the platform offers a breathtaking panoramic view all the way to Vienna, where you can even spot the DC Tower and the Danube Tower. Just one kilometre away lies the village of Klement, home to the Gasthaus Hösch—a wonderful inn known for its great food (please make sure to check their opening hours). Public restrooms are available in the parish house, directly opposite the Maria Oberleis pilgrimage church.

Parkplatz Oberleis

The pitch is located right by the sports grounds, an outdoor fitness park, and a hard court. In the town of Ernstbrunn itself, you will find the traditional inn 'Gasthaus zum schwarzen Adler', an easy 10-minute walk away. You can also visit 'Cafe Conny' and Pizzeria Speranza on the main square, as well as Pizzeria Mama on Hirschmillerstraße. Fresh bread is available at Bäckerei Steingläubl (Hauptplatz 25) and the organic bakery Bio Kreativbäckerei (Hoher Hausberg 3). Please be sure to check the opening hours for all dining venues in advance.
