The Tiny Home features a largely open-plan layout with a kitchenette, dining, and sleeping area. The double bed is positioned in front of a panoramic window offering lush green views, and a cozy sofa corner can be converted into 2 single beds, perfect for children.

Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a spacious terrace and a garden complete with a grill and your own slackline.

There's also a separate room with a washing machine, which doubles as a bike garage with charging facilities for e-bikes.

Bed sizes: Sofa beds 80x200 cm and 70x180 cm, Double bed 160x200 cm.

On the property, you'll find a canal where you can swim, a badminton court, a trampoline for children, and a mini ramp that our guests are welcome to use.

The main town of Bergatreute offers a supermarket, pharmacy, and all essential amenities.

Ravensburg is just a 15-minute drive away, boasting cafes, restaurants, and shopping opportunities.

Lake Constance (Bodensee) and the Allgäu region are a little over 30 minutes away.

An incredibly great, quiet place surrounded by greenery. The little cottage is simply wonderful and has everything you need.

Jana and Tom's tiny house is truly a small, green oasis. Everything is lovingly and practically furnished and clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself (pots, pans, dishes, coffee, spices, etc.), and within a few steps, you have a huge, partly beautifully natural forest to explore – by bike or on foot. In the hot months, air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures. Bonus: The hosts are also very friendly, and the dogs are very social. Would gladly come again!

Our second Tiny House, HJEM2, is a tranquil sanctuary surrounded by nature, offered alongside our original HJEM, which we've been sharing since 2021.

Perched directly on the forest's edge, it's the ideal spot to escape the stresses of everyday life for a few days. Built entirely from wood, the living space exudes warmth and comfort. Bike trails and hiking routes start right at your doorstep, promising no road noise or light pollution.

On the property, you'll find a natural canal perfect for swimming, a ping-pong table, a football and badminton field, a slackline, and a trampoline for children.

Inside, the house features an open, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and a cozy living room offering garden views. Two separate bedrooms with double beds comfortably accommodate families or two couples. The living room also includes a sheepskin armchair, suitable for an additional child.

Adjoining the living area is a large terrace and garden, complete with a barbecue. Here, you'll also find an additional room that doubles as a bicycle garage, offering charging facilities for e-bikes.
