This unique accommodation is a former beekeeper's hut, almost completely renovated in 2020. From the hut, you'll enjoy a beautiful view of the Grünten mountain and wake up to the gentle morning sun.
A comfortable bed (140x200 cm) with a mattress is available for your overnight stay! If needed, an additional air mattress (140x200 cm) can also be set up. The front part of the hut, offered here, has a floor area of 4x2.5 meters, providing space for up to 6 overnight guests.
Please bring your own bed sheets, sleeping bags, blankets, pillows, etc. Please note that the hut is neither heated nor insulated, so pack appropriate clothing and bedding accordingly.

Notes on the facilities
Since the cabin is located right next to our main house, you'll find everything you need (or might need) readily available. Electricity, Wi-Fi, and a toilet, or even your own small guest bathroom with a shower, can be used as needed. For a flat fee of €15, you're welcome to enjoy our barrel sauna – perfect for unwinding after a long hike or simply for a relaxing escape.

Our property is nestled on the outskirts of Immenstadt, located on a quiet cul-de-sac. This means you get to enjoy all the conveniences of town life, while also being surrounded by pure nature. Lidl, a beverage store, an organic shop, as well as a bakery and butcher, are all just a 5-minute walk away. A V-Markt supermarket is also conveniently located a 5-minute drive away.

Hike or bike up the Mittag, Grünten, Hochgrat, Nebelhorn, or Entschenkopf mountains, complete with the stunning upper and lower Gaisalpsee lakes. Enjoy swimming in the charming small or large Alpsee, or the Niedersonthofener See. For thrill-seekers, there's waterskiing and a wakeboard lift at Inselsee. Winter sports are right on your doorstep at Mittag, or head towards Balderschwang for more snowy adventures.

Everything great and very nice! 💐
Julia is a friendly host and communication prior to our arrival was very easy. she will host you in a cozy hut with two large beds, a sofa and a kettle. Toilet and shower are also available at her place. As clearly stated in the description, the hut is not heated nor insulated so bear this in mind if it’s cold. Recommended.
Everything was great! Very nice family and everything was clean and lovingly arranged! Would gladly return🩷
The little wooden cabin is very simple, but really cozy and furnished with a large sofa and a loft bed. The private terrace is great! The hosts are very friendly and easygoing! I would definitely book there again if I were in the area.
Straightforward communication, accommodation: everything exactly as described, bottom line: top-notch!
Beautiful place in a quiet location, the room was also perfectly adequate for the night.
Both hosts were super friendly with lovely children. We didn't hear a thing from them though :)
Worth a visit if you are active in the area.
